Originally founded in 2003, we serve the Greater Midwest, which is comprised of the following states:

Although we officially serve these states, anyone interested in proposal management, is welcome to join our chanpter and / or meetings. General members' meetings are held virtually using telecom, video, or other group conferencing techniques. Since our membership consists of many states, it is our goal to conduct one face-to-face meeting anually, at rotating locations.
